Ingredients:

• 1–2 tbsp red curry paste (adjust to heat preference)

Ramen 🍜 Ingredientes (2 porciones): Camarones limpios y pelados (aprox 250g) Saltea con 1/2 cdita de aceite de aguacate. Agrega 1 zanahoria grande picada, tallos de 3 cebollas cambray, trozo de cebolla, 2 dientes de ajo, 2cm de jengibre fresco. Saltea por unos 3 - 4 min y después agrega 1 L y 1/2 de agua (puedes agregar 1 cda de concentrado de verduras), 1 cda de salsa de soya, sal al gusto, 1/2 cdita de aceite de ajonjolí, 1/2 cdita de salsa macha o aceite de chiles si quieres darle un toque picante. Deja hervir con tapa a fuego bajo por unos 15 min para que quede bien concentrado, cuela, rectifica sazonando y agrega 100g de fideos instantáneos, deja hervir por unos 3 min. Smoke the Filet: Season your filet, then smoke it on your Weber Searwood at 200°F until it reaches an internal temp of 120°F. Sear it hot and baste with butter. Let it rest, then slice. 2. Cook the Ramen: Boil the Buldak noodles per package instructions. Save 1/4 cup of the noodle water before draining. 3. Make the Sauce: In a bowl, mix 1–2 Buldak sauce packets (based on your spice level), powder packets, mayo, minced garlic, and egg yolks until smooth. Stir in the reserved noodle water. 4. Combine: Toss the noodles in the sauce until fully coated. Add a drizzle of chili oil and mix again. 5.
