·5-2There’s no such thing as “perfect form” Every runner is different and has slightly different form and running technique. Everyone has different gaits etc. but there are definitely things you can think about that will help you run more naturally, be a more efficient runner, and can contribute to avoiding common injuries. There are plenty of common downfalls that can be easily changed to help you progress with your running. Changes won’t happen overnight but thinking about some of these things as you run and especially as you fatigue throughout your run, should be helpful.
