·5-9Garlic Parmesan Chicken Tenders Full Recipe Below 👇 Chicken Tenders 🔶 1 cup all-purpose flour 🔶 2 eggs 🔶 1 Tbsp water 🔶 2 cups plain breadcrumbs 🔶 2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley 🔶 2 lbs uncooked chicken tenders 🔶 ¼ - ½ cup vegetable oil Bread the Chicken Tenders: 🔶 Place flour in a shallow bowl and season with salt and black pepper. 🔶 In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs and water. 🔶 In another shallow bowl, mix breadcrumbs with parsley and season with additional salt and pepper if desired. 🔶 Dredge each chicken tender in the flour, then dip in the egg mixture, and finally coat evenly with the breadcrumb mixture. 🔶 In a large non-stick skillet, heat 2–3 Tbsp of oil over medium heat. 🔶 Cook chicken tenders in batches for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and fully cooked (internal temperature of 165°F). 🔶 Repeat with remaining oil and chicken. 🔶 Once cooked, toss the chicken tenders in the prepared Hellmann’s Garlic Parmesan sauce until evenly coated. #recip#recipei#carnivorei#foodieh

In a resealable bag, combine chicken tenderloin with pickle juice, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes. 2. Blend the Quest Chips, corn starch, and parmesan into a fine crumb mixture and place on a shallow plate. 3. Pour egg whites into a separate bowl. 4. Remove chicken from marinade. Dip each tender in egg whites, then coat thoroughly in chip mixture. 5. Place breaded tenders on parchment-lined baking sheet. 6. Air fry at 400°F for 8 minutes. 7.
