Classique de la pâtisserie Française, petit gâteau moelleux et léger aux amandes qui peut se faire aussi avec des noisettes, des pistaches ou des noix.

C’est doux,délicatement sucré! Idéal avec un thé, un café... bref, vous allez adoré 🥰 !

Ingrédients:

100gr blanc d’œufs
80gr beurre fondu
100gr sucre
100 gr poudre d’amande
30gr farine

Dans un saladier , mélangez le sucre glace, la farine , la poudre d’amandes, les blancs d’œuf et une pincée de sel
Ajoutez ensuite le beurre fondu
Remplissez des moules à financiers avec la préparation, saupoudrez d’amandes effilées, noisettes ou framboises et pistache si vous le souhaitez.
Enfournez 15 minutes à 230°

Ensuite, versez la moitié du mélange de crème à la cuillère et étalez-le sur les biscuits, puis répétez l’opération. Enfin, versez la ganache chocolat / feuilletine pour le côté crunchy. Il suffit de faire fondre le chocolat et la crème au bain marie. Delicious Financiers Recipe 🥰🤍 A delicate French pastry, perfect with coffee or tea. These little cakes come from the world of French pâtisserie — crisp on the outside, wonderfully soft on the inside. 🥰 Makes 12 pieces (square muffin pan, each 6.5 × 6.5 cm) 📝 Ingredients: • 140 g unsalted butter • 140 g powdered sugar • 60 g ground almonds (blanched) • 60 g all-purpose flour • 1 pinch of salt • 4 egg whites (medium size, approx. 120–130 g) • 1 tsp vanilla extract • about 2 tbsp sliced almonds (for topping) 🤍 Instructions: 1.	Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat until it turns golden brown and smells nutty (“beurre noisette”). Strain through a fine sieve and let it cool slightly. 	 2.	In a bowl, mix powdered sugar, ground almonds, flour, and salt. 	 3.	Stir the egg whites (unbeaten) into the dry mixture gradually until smooth. 	 4.	Add the warm browned butter and vanilla extract, mixing until the batter is smooth and shiny. 	 5.	Lightly grease and flour the 12 square muffin cavities. Fill each about ⅔ full with batter. 	 6. Une recette traditionnelle simple et savoureuse ! Parfaits pour accompagner un thé à la menthe.  Tu connais les fekkas ? Ingrédients :  3 œufs  1 pincée de sel  1 verre de sucre 1 verre d’huile 1 verre d’amandes  1 cuillère à soupe de graines d’anis 1 cuillère à soupe de graines de sésames  5 verres de farine ( à ajuster selon le mélange) 1 sachet de levure chimique  Dorure : 1 jaune d’œuf + 1 cuillère à café de lait Mélanger les œufs, sel, sucre au fouet Ensuite ajouter l’huile tout en mélangeant  Ajouter la farine tamisée et la levure  Mélanger à la main , la farine doit être ajouter petit à petit jusqu’à ce que la pâte se tienne et colle moins.  Séparer la pâte en 3 morceaux  Rouler chaque morceau en boudin et les placer sur une plaque couverte de papier cuisson  Les badigeonner de jaune d’œuf et faire des stries avec une fourchette  Cuire au four préchauffé à 100 degré , pendant environ 30 minutes  À la sortie du four couvrir d’un torchon humide et laisser refroidir avant de découper chaque boudin  Placer les biscuits sur une plaque et passer au four chaud pour les faire dorer des deux côtés  Ces biscuits se conservent jusqu’à un mois dans un contenant hermétique. #recettemarocaine #fekkas #cuisinemarocaine #recettemaison #patisseriemarocaine

Honey & Rum Financiers are pure heaven! I used to demolish the day-old financiers during my Gavroche days to try and keep my energy levels up during a busy day. These are a little bigger than those ones, because in the case of these little almond sponges, bigger is definitely better! I absolutely love them, and if you've not tried them before, then save this recipe and make these little financier ASAP. If you're not a fan of the sultanas, you can leave them out, but I think you're mad! They're nature's candy!
