Blended Chocolate Chia Pudding!

This one is for everyone who wants to eat chia pudding but just doesn’t like the texture of it…blending your chia pudding will do wonders!

(You can also buy ground chia seeds too and skip the blending entirely.)

Personally I love the texture of chia seed pudding but I can totally understand why some people don’t. Save this recipe and give It a try!

BLENDED CHIA PUDDING

Ingredients:

5 tbsp chia seeds
1 cup full-fat coconut milk
1/4 cup cocoa powder
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:

Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Place in the fridge overnight to set and enjoy in the morning with your favourite toppings!

TIPS

You can try this recipe with ground chia seeds and then there’s no need to blend!

I recommend using full-fat coconut milk in this recipe for a creamy chia seed pudding.

Serve with toppings like fresh berries and granola for the perfect snack.
