Crispy on the out and soft and tender on the inside salmon bites in the air fryer in under 10 minutes!  Ingredients 1 pound skinless salmon 2 cloves fresh garlic minced (optional) 1 tablespoon avocado or olive oil or oil of choice 1 tablespoon lemon juice ½ teaspoon EACH smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, pepper ✳️ Instructions ✳️ Pre-heat air fryer to 400ºF. Dice salmon into 1-inch cubes. Place the salmon bites in a large bowl. Add the garlic, oil, lemon juice, and spices and mix to combine. Transfer to the preheated air fryer, in a single layer, and air fry for 5 minutes or until salmon bites are charred and cooked through (they will continue cooking as they cool). Serve with fresh lemon sliced and garnish with fresh parsley or cilantro, if desired. #gimmedelicious #recipes #airfryer #healthy

My husband thinks it’s the chicken, but I know it’s the ranch and pickles! 😏 I had 10 minutes to pull together his lunch, so I whipped up a Dill Pickle Ranch Chicken Salad using rotisserie chicken, chopped dill pickles, green onions, sweet onions, and a generous spoonful of @mariesdressing Creamy Ranch Dressing. I served it on a buttery croissant with plantain chips on the side. He said yum about 13 times....needless to say, it was a hit. ✨You can find Marie’s dressing in the refrigerated section where all the best flavors are. #ad   ✨Dill Pickle Ranch Chicken Salad✨ 2 1/2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken 3/4 cup chopped dill pickles 2 tablespoons finely chopped green onions 1/4 cup finely chopped sweet onion 1/2 cup Marie’s Creamy Ranch Dressing (adjust to taste) 1/4 tsp garlic powder 1/4 tsp onion powder 1-2 tablespoons pickle brine Salt & pepper to taste ✨Instructions✨ In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken, chopped pickles, green onions, and sweet onion. Ingredients: For the roti: • Spinach • Flour • Salt • Sunflower oil, 2 tbsp For Filling 1: • Strawberries • Cherry tomatoes • Mint • Basil • Salt • Arugula • Fresh cheese (feta) • Olive oil • Balsamic sauce For Filling 2: • Trout (+ salt, olive oil) • Zucchini (+ frying oil) • Arugula • Green onion • Sun-dried tomatoes Instructions: 1. Boil the spinach for a couple of minutes, then transfer it to a blender bowl with a little water from the spinach and blend until smooth. 2. Sift the flour into a bowl, pour in the spinach, and mix until combined. Then add the sunflower oil and knead the dough by hand, then place it in the refrigerator. 3. For Filling 1, chop all the ingredients and combine them in a separate bowl. Dress with olive oil and balsamic sauce, and mix well. 4. For Filling 2, place the trout on a baking sheet with olive oil and salt, and bake in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for 20-25 minutes. Slice the zucchini thinly and fry it in oil. 5. Assemble Filling 2. Tear the fish into flakes by hand, chop the green onion and sun-dried tomatoes, and combine everything in another bowl with the arugula. 6. Prepare the flatbreads. Divide the dough into about 11-12 balls. Roll out each ball and fry each flatbread in a dry skillet on both sides (note that the flatbread should puff up while cooking; then transfer it to a plate where it will deflate). 7. Air fried bang bang salmon recipe 😋  What you’ll need: salmon  siracha Seasonings: members mark “bang bang” seasoning  trader joes “salmon rub” mccormick “umami seasoning” garlic powder Bang Bang Sauce equal parts mayo & sweet chili sauce  add enough siracha to taste  Season salmon well.  Preheat air fryer . Air fry salmon 8- minutes 350°  Mix mayo, sweet chili & shiracha and baste salmon and air fry for a minute (cooked to your desired doneness)
