I never felt valid in my loss. I know it sounds crazy but I felt silly because I wasn’t far into the pregnancy so I felt like I just had to dust myself off and carry on because I was “lucky it was so early” but it came with so many emotions I couldn’t hide. Disappointment, failure, sadness, anger, desperation, pain but mainly hope. God granted us with the biggest blessing and filled every ounce of hope I had. I can’t wait to be my son’s mother and I’ll always remember my first ever positive that we lost - you were the one who made everything fall into perspective, you were valid and I’ll love you too forever. 🤍🩵
