a good pasta dish goes a long way 🙂‍↔️ 2 cups ditalini pasta 3 & 1/4 cups broth (I used veggie- chicken or beef/bone broth will be saltier but have extra protein) 1/3 cup heavy cream 3 tbsp butter 3 tbsp olive oil  Fresh parsley & pepper to taste 1/3 cup grated parmesan 1.5 tbsps minced garlic to cook: in skillet, add oil, minced garlic, and pasta. Stir until garlic becomes fragrant and pasta and oil are well mixed, roughly one minute. Add broth, saute until most of liquid is evaporated. Add heavy cream and saute until most of liquid is evaporated. Stir in butter and parmesan until pasta well coated.
