Justice Against Derek Kettleboeter. On October 24, 2024 I was passing through Janesville, WI alone relocating to a new state when I noticed a state trooper driving behind me. I assumed the vehicle was on its way to a crash scene as I was doing nothing wrong and there had been accidents along my route so far. I pulled over to the right lanes of interstate to let him pass. After a few moments I noticed the vehicle still behind me with its lights on so I pulled over to the side on interstate safely while operating the U-Haul I was in. The trooper climbed up onto the side of my vehicle and accused me of texting and driving. I stated I had been using my navigation and had not been. This was the truth, no texts were sent from my phone that day and he was wrong. I was not under the influence of alcohol or drugs and this was evident. The officer acted maliciously from the moment he approached me and I felt unsafe as soon as he stepped up onto the dash. I began recording as soon as I realized his attempt to escalate this. His behavior was wrong and a disgusting attempt to bring false charges forward. #misconduct #wisconsin #truth
