Shin Ramun is pretty spicy. If you use that whole soup packet and no water, you will have some very spicy noodles.
Ok I’ve made this twice so far and both times I couldn’t get the oil to properly mix with the spices. It was just chucks of seasoning. I even tried

Me and my guy made this tonight. It was absolutely delicious… but we found it a little salty. We might add less of the flavor packet next time. 10/10
What I like to do is cook the chili oil in the pan and add oyster sauce. It adds a lot of flavor and the oil sticks to the ramen better! 😊
this made it hella more spicy 🔥🔥🔥 but it was good i added some mayo to lessen spice a bit

The original video calls for a neutral oil. I used whatever was in my pantry which was canola oil
