I can’t stop thinking about this sandwich🤤 Toasted sourdough ciabatta, melty cheese, sweet + smoky deli meat, crisp greens, and all the sauces… it’s a flavor bomb in the best way. Recipe below👇🏼  Here’s what I used (all from @dietzandwatson): 2 tbsp Chipotle Mayo 1 tbsp Zesty Honey Mustard 3 slices Cajun Style Turkey Breast 2 slices Chef Carved Brown Sugar Uncured Ham 4 slices Sharp & Creamy Cheddar 6 Hot & Zesty Pickle Chips I layered everything on a sourdough ciabatta roll open-faced, toasted it under the broiler for 1–2 minutes until melty, then finished it with arugula tossed in lemon juice, olive oil, and flaky salt.👌🏼 #dietzandwatson #ad #sourdoughsandwich

THE BEST FOCACCIA RECIPE!!🤤 You will LOVE it!!🫶🏼🌾 Recipe👇🏼#focaccia #sourdoughbread  Roasted Garlic & Rosemary Sourdough Focaccia 125g starter 375g water 20g extra virgin olive oil (plus 5 tablespoons for baking dish) 500g flour 12g salt 8-10 garlic cloves 3 sprigs of fresh rosemary  2 tsp butter for greasing baking dish  1. In a large bowl, combine active sourdough starter, filtered water, and olive oil. Mix well using a bread whisk or fork until most of the starter is dissolved. 2. Add unbleached flour to the mixture, followed by salt. Mix until a shaggy dough forms and there are no more pockets of dry flour. 3. Cover the bowl with a kitchen towel and let the dough rest for 30 minutes. 4. After 30 minutes, perform a series of stretch and folds on the dough. Repeat this step one more time, with 30 minutes of rest in between each set. 5. Allow the dough to double for about 10-12 hours or overnight on the counter. 6. Grease 9x13 baking dish with butter. Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil to coat the bottom. Pour out dough into baking dish. Proof on the counter for 2-4 hours or until dough has filled the dish and has risen some.  7. Roast garlic cloves with a drizzle of olive oil and pinch of salt in a piece of tinfoil. Fold tinfoil closed. Bake at 400 for 30 minutes or until golden and soft. Chop rosemary leaves.  8. After 2-4 hours, drizzle your dough with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and rosemary. Dimple the dough with wet fingers. Push garlic down into the dimples.  9. Bake at 425 for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Enjoy! :)

In a large bowl, combine active sourdough starter and warm water. Then add olive oil and honey. Mix well using a bread whisk or fork until most of the starter is dissolved. 2. Add flour to the mixture, followed by salt. Mix until a shaggy dough forms. 3. Knead the dough in the bowl for about 3 minutes until it comes together and reaches a consistent texture. 4. Cover the bowl with a kitchen towel and let the dough rest for 30 minutes. 5. After 30 minutes, perform a series of stretch and folds on the dough. Repeat this process three more times, with 30 minutes of rest in between each set. 6. Once the dough has risen about 75% (about 2 hours), transfer it to a lightly floured surface.  7. Portion the dough into twelve 80 gram dough balls.  8. Proof on the counter until doubled in size. (about 2-3 hours) 9. Bake at 375 for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.  10. Brush with butter while still warm. Enjoy! :)
