FINALLY figured it out…
Like i said… i forgot i had cracked DLCs for High School Years, Get Famous and Snow Escape.

So i found out that was the problem when i uninstalled my game, reinstalled and when i opened a BRAND NEW sim, noticed the worlds were missing. I tested everything out and was able to move and do everything FLAWLESSLY.

So, go to anadius website and grab the DLC unlocker, and also grab the updater, choose the “Sims 4” folder in your documents, update and be good to go. 😃 let me know if i can help in anyway.
