Preheat the oven to 425°F. Lightly grease a baking sheet or pan with cooking spray. 2. Microwave the corn tortillas (wrapped in a damp towel) for about 30 seconds until pliable. 3. Line up 8 of the corn tortillas and brush the middle with flour paste. Place about 2 tablespoons of taco meat along the center of each tortilla. Repeat for the remaining 8 tortillas and taco meat. 4. Tightly roll each tortilla and place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. 5. Spray the tops with cooking spray and bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden and crispy. Serve with salsa, guacamole and Tajin Crumbled Feta.

SALADE DE PRINTEMPS ORZO ASPERGE ET HALLOUMI 🥒🌷⭐️🍴 💾 Enregistre pour garder la recette sous le coude 💾 Ingrédients pour 1 personne : - 70g de pâtes orzo - 4/5 asperges - 1/4 de concombre - 2 càs de grains de grenade - 1 càs d'aneth - 1 càs de cebette - 3/4 tranches de halloumi - 1 gousse d'ail Pour la sauce : - 1 càs d'huile d'olive - 1 càc de moutarde - 1 càs de vinaigre de cidre - 1 càc de sirop d'érable -  Étapes :  1. Faire cuire les pates orzo et les laisser refroidir. 2. Pendant ce temps couper en fines tranches les asperges en laissant la tete et les faire revenir a la poele avec un peu d'huile d'olive et une gousse d'ail hachée. 3. Découper le concombre en petits cubes et le halloumi en tranches. 4. Quand les asperges sont cuites, réserver et dans la meme poele ajouter un peu d'huile d'olive et les tranches de halloumi. Les faire dorer de chaque cote. 5. Melanger tous les inrgédients de la sauce et ciseler l'aneth et la cebette. 6. Dans un saladier, mélanger l'orzo, les asperges, le concombre, la grenade, les herbes et la sauce. 7. Servir avec les tranches de halloumi par dessus. 8. Baking feta with tomatoes has been such a fun way to switch up eating it. Lately I’ve been loving it with eggs so I thought about baking the feta and eggs together right on top of a tortilla and it came out so good. ❤️👏
 
 INGREDIENTS
 Cooking spray
 1 large flour tortilla
 4 large eggs
 4 ounces block feta cheese
 ¼ teaspoon salt
 ¼ teaspoon black pepper
 ½ cup halved cherry tomatoes
 2 tablespoons chopped basil
 INSTRUCTIONS
 1.	Preheat the oven to 400° F and lightly spray a round 8-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
 2.	Place the tortilla into the baking dish with edges coming up against the sides of the dish. 
 3.	Add the feta cheese in the middle of the tortilla. Break 4 eggs around the feta cheese and season with salt and pepper. Use a fork to whisk the eggs. 
 4.	Add the tomatoes, basil and garlic on top of the eggs and stir carefully to combine.
 5.	Bake until the eggs are cooked to your likeness, 16-18 minutes.

Deli Container Snack Series (DCSS) Episode 4 I have discovered THE best calorie deficit snacks of all time. Since first having this, I now have it multiples times in a week. It allows me to pick and snack all afternoon as it has a lot of volume for the amount of calories + protein.  I’ve got LOADS of flavour combination ideas, both sweet and savoury, so make sure you’re following me for the next one in this series. To make this savoury DCSS, you’ll need: - 1 whole cucumber  - 2 tbsp (60g) greek yoghurt  - 10ml lemon juice  - 10g American mustard  - 1/3 red onion  - 1 tin tuna, drained  - 50g sweetcorn, drained Season with salt, pepper, paprika & garlic powder. Calories & macros 📊 222 calories 31g P | 16g C | 4g F  Slice the cucumber & red onion thinly using a mandolin and then combine all of the ingredients in the deli container.  Put a lid on. Shake it all up and eat with chopsticks for best results (just kidding, that’s optional) Enjoy my friends! Can’t wait to show you the next version already
