·4-4THE ULTIMATE NOURISH BOWL🥣 This flavour packed chicken and couscous salad bowl is becoming a firm favourite in our household and you NEED TO TRY IT! 🤤 Chicken and couscous bowl: For the chickpea dip: - 1 Jar of chickpeas including 3/4 the stock they come in - 2 tbsp tahini - 1 tsp ground cumin - 1 tsp ground coriander - 1/2 tsp paprika - Large pinch of salt For the chicken: - 4 servings of chicken thighs - 1 tsp: hot smoked paprika, sweet smoked paprika, ground coriander, ground cumin, onion granules, garlic granules, turmeric, sumac and oregano - 1/2 tsp: ground cinnamon, ground allspice - 1 tbsp olive oil to fry For the salad: Dressing: - 1 tbsp tahini - Juice of half a lemon - 1 tsp wholegrain mustard - 1 tsp harissa - Splash of water - 1 tsp sumac Veg: - 1/2 cucumber - 1/2 pepper - 5 spring onions - Handful of tomatoes - Handful of radishes - Small bunch of fresh coriander Method: - Evenly coat the chicken in the spice rub and fry over a medium high heat for about 5 minutes each side until the chicken has some colour, lower the temp to medium, add a splash of water and cover until chicken is cooked through out - Meanwhile make your hummus like chickpea dip simply by blending all the ingredients together - To make the salad add all the dressing ingredients into a large bowl and whisk to form a smooth dressing - Dice all the veg to approximately the same size then add in bowl and toss through dressing - Serve all the elements up on top of a bowl of couscous, serve with quick pickled red onions and flatbreads before tucking in and enjoying 😋 #chicken #chickenrecipes #chickenbowl #couscous #flatbread #nourishbowl #nourishing #shwarma #chickenrecipes #healthyrecipes #asmr #springrecipes #salad #fyp #viral #fy

·4-2Garlic Butter Focaccia ASMR 🧄🌿 Ingredients: 🍞 1 batch focaccia dough (click FOCACCIA TUTORIALS playlist button above my grid for my same-day, overnight and sourdough focaccia recipes/tutorials) 🧄 1 batch garlic butter: 2 Tablespoons salted butter 2 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil 6 cloves garlic, minced 1.5 Tablespoons chopped flat leaf parsley 🧀 Grated Parmesan cheese, (measure with your heart) 🌿Extra virgin olive oil to line baking tray Method: Make a batch of focaccia dough. When it’s nearly finished proofing in the bowl, make the garlic butter by melting the butter and olive oil together over a medium heat in a small frying pan. Add in the garlic and simmer for 1 minute or so (don’t brown it!). Stir in the parsley. Once it’s time to dimple, spoon the majority of the garlic butter over the fully proofed dough, reserving about 1.5 tablespoons to brush over the top after it’s out of the oven. Sprinkle over some Parmesan cheese and dimple the dough. Sprinkle over more cheese and then bake at 220C/430F on the bottom rack of the oven for 19-24 minutes or until golden brown. Once out of the oven, brush over the remaining garlic butter and grate over some more Parmesan cheese. Wait to cool for a little bit (if you can) before enjoying warm! ·1-9Tear + Share Honey Butter Focaccia Dinner Rolls - crispy, fluffy, buttery, sweet and salty all in one 😍 Ingredients For the dough 1 batch same-day focaccia dough (page 22 from my cookbook or find it pinned to the top of my page here) 1.5 tablespoons (22g) salted butter, melted (for the worktop) To coat the dough 4 Tablespoons (60g) salted butter, melted 1.5 Tablespoons (30g) honey For the honey butter glaze 2 Tablespoons (30g) salted butter 2 Tablespoons (42 g) honey To garnish Flaky sea salt (optional) Equipment: 9x13 inch metal baking tray (quarter sheet pan) Dough scraper Non-stick parchment paper Method - detailed recipe is linked in my bio but here are the basics 👇🏻 Make the focaccia dough, once it’s proofed, spread the melted butter onto the worktop and spread the dough to the size of your pan. Cut into 15 equal sized pieces and coat each of them with melted honey butter before placing into the tray in a 5x3 formation. You can cut into 12 if you’d prefer bigger rolls. Cover and proof at room temp for 1-1.25 hours. Bake at 215C/420F on the lowest rack of oven for 20-24 minutes or until golden. Remove from oven, poke lots of holes in the bread with chopstick or skewer and brush on the honey butter glaze and then sprinkle with a little bit of flaky sea salt. Transfer to cooling rack so the bottom stays crispy and serve immediately. ·6d ago THE ULTIMATE BAR SNACK🧀 Cheese & Ham croquettes, makes Approx 15: For the croquetas: -2 tbsp butter -1 large shallot, finely diced -2 tbsp plain flour -Approx 400ml semi skinned or whole milk -80g grated Gruyère or similar -150g ham hock -Small pinch of salt -Large pinch: garlic granules, nutmeg and black pepper -1/2 good quality chicken stock cube For the coating: -1 large egg whisked with a splash of milk -Approx 100g plain flour -Approx 75g breadcrumbs Method: -Add the butter and shallot to a frying pan over medium-high heat and saute for a few minutes until the shallot has softened -Dump in your flour and stir until evenly incorporated, cook for a few minutes until it smells nutty and fragrant -Pour in the milk whist continuously stirring -Once incorporated and thickened mix through seasonings, ham and cheese -Once the cheese has melted pour mixture into a cold dish/tray -Once cooled to room temperature Place in fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight, alternatively Place in freezer for about 1-2 hours -Once fully cooled removed from fridge/freezer and roll heaped tbsp into desired shaped (I do this after I’ve lightly coated the croqueta in flour as it’s less messy) -Coat in flour followed by egg mixture and finally breadcrumbs -Deep fry in hot oil four about 2-3 minutes until golden brown and hot through out -Enjoy with an ice cold glass of sangria or a Spanish beer🍻 P.S. please ignore my concentration face, it’s really not it🥴 #croqueta #croquetas #croquettes #croquette #asmr #tapas #barsnacks #beer #snack #cheese #cheeselover #cheesepull #satisfying #beersnack #ham #fyp #viral

·1-24Basic Breads Ep 7 - Focaccia 🇮🇹 Dough: 7g instant yeast 350ml lukewarm water 40ml olive oil 400g strong bread flour 1/2 tbs salt Toppings: Olive oil Sea salt Salt More olive oil for your hands and base of the dish Whisk the water and yeast together add oil and whisk again. Add the flour and salt and mix really well till everything is combined. Scrape the sides with a spatula or dough scraper ⚠️ the dough is very wet and sticky. Cover and rest 30 min. Get a bowl with some water ready to wet your hands so the dough doesn’t stick to them. After 30 min do 6 stretch and folds turning between each fold, rest another 30 minutes. After 30 min Repeat the stretch and fold process cover for 45 minutes. While the dough is resting grease your dish (the the paper doesn’t move around when you add dough) and cover in parchment paper, cut the corners for a snug fit. Add some olive oil to the base. Once the dough is ready pour it out onto the dish, be patient it should come out on its own. Fold each end over, turn the dough 90° and flip over. Gently stretch the dough from underneath and cover for 45 minutes. Preheat your oven to 210C. Once the dough is done oil up your hands and start to dimple. Really massage as your fingers are inside to create the bubbles. Drizzle some olive oil, sprinkle some sea salt and bake for 25-30 min on medium low shelf (for the last 10 min you can put it on the bottom of the oven to crisp the bottom) keep an eye on it towards the end of cooking, take it out of the dish and cool on a wire rack. ·2-19Rosemary Garlic Foccacia 🪴🧄 The only bread recipe I use because it is so easy and delicious 🥰 Here's the recipe: INGREDIENTS 4 cups all-purpose flour 2 teaspoons kosher salt 2 teaspoons instant yeast 2 cups lukewarm water butter/oil for greasing 4 tablespoons olive oil, divided flaky sea salt, such as Maldon 1 to 2 teaspoons whole rosemary leaves, optional 2 cloves of garlic INSTRUCTIONS 1) Make the dough: In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, and instant yeast. 2) Add the water. Using a rubber spatula, mix until the liquid is absorbed and the ingredients form a sticky dough ball. 3) Rub the surface of the dough lightly with olive oil. Cover the bowl with a damp tea towel, cloth bowl cover, or plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator immediately for at least 12 hours or for as long as three days. 4) coat 9x13 inch pan with cooking oil or butter 5) Pour 2 tablespoons of oil into the center of pan. Deflate the dough by releasing it from the sides of the bowl and pulling it toward the center. Rotate the bowl in quarter turns as you deflate, turning the mass into a rough ball. 6) Roll the dough ball in the oil to coat it all over, forming a rough ball. Let the dough ball rest uncovered for 3 to 4 hours at room temp. 7) preheat oven to 425°F. 8) Add minced garlic to about 2 tablespoons of olive oil and pour all over the dough. 9) Rub your hands lightly in the oil to coat, then, using all of your fingers, press straight down to create deep dimples. If necessary, gently stretch the dough as you dimple to allow the dough to fill the pan. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt and rosemary all over. 10) bake for 25 to 30 minutes, until the underside is golden and crisp. allow to cool for 10 min before slicing and serving! #focaccia #bread #breadrecipe #rosemary #garlic
