KARNABAHAR YEMEĞİ 500 gram karnabahar 1 soğan 2 diş sarımsak 1 yemek kaşığı salça 3-4 yemek kaşığı zeytinyağı 1/2 limonun suyu Tuz, karabiber Kırmızı biber Kimyon Türk usulü tencere yemeği şeklinde pişirdim. TAVUK SUYU ÇORBA Tavuk suyu için; 3 adet tavuk budu 1 soğan 1 defne yaprağı Çorba için; 2 YK un 1 sarımsak 1 havuç 1 patates 2 YK zeytinyağı 1/2 SB makarna Tuz, karabiber Tavuk suyunu hazırladım. TAVUK KÖFTESİ * @Tarih ve Tarif tarifidir. 1 tavuk budu 4 patates 1 kahve fincanı kaşar peyniri 2 yumurta Tuz Biber Pişmiş tavuk eti kıyılır, püre haline getirilmiş patates, malzemeler ve 1 kahve fincanı tavuk suyu, hepsi beraber yoğurulur. Yumurta kadar parçalara ayrılır, un içinde yuvarlanır, yumurtaya ve galeta ununa bulandıktan sonra çok kızgın yağda kızartılır. (hazırlandıktan sonra hemen kızartılır, beklemeye gelmez.) Sıcak olarak servis yapılır. HELLİMLİ KÖFTE 500 gram kıyma 1 paket hellim peyniri 1/2 TK tuz 1/2 TK karabiber 1/2 TK kimyon 1 adet rendelenmiş soğan Hellimi ufak ufak doğradım. Macros Per Serving (4 Total) 597 Calories | 59g Protein | 52g Carbs | 16g Fat Ingredients (Makes 4) Honey Garlic Chicken - 800g Raw Chicken Breast cut into cubes - 1.5 Tsp Salt - 1 Tsp Black Pepper - 1 Tsp Chilli Flakes (leave it out if you don’t want it spicy) - 1.5 Tsp Garlic Powder - 1.5 Tsp Onion Powder - 1.5 Tep Paprika or Smoked Paprika - 2 Tsp Olive Oil - 30g Light Butter (Brand: Lurpak) for cooking + extra once cooked - 2 Tsp Minced Garlic - 30g Honey (15g Honey per batch of chicken) - Handful Fresh Chopped Parsley Get a pan on medium heat first then add butter. Let it melt then add your chicken (don’t overcrowd the pan). Cook for 4-5 mins on one side first till you get a nice golden brown crust. Then cook the other side for 3-4 mins more. Lower the heat completely when adding the extra butter, garlic and honey.
